Holder of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Social, Political and Administrative Sciences, option General Sociology with a focus on Ethnographic research in Social Anthropology on indigenous societies undergoing modernisation and/or socialisation. Consultant and trainer in social and environmental development, with responsibility for fieldwork, including qualitative and quantitative sampling, face-to-face interviews, direct direction and individual and/or focus group questionnaires. Trainer on paradigm shift related to socio-cultural stereotypes and inclusive integration. Civil society trainer on the popularisation of the electoral law in the pre-electoral period; electoral and post-electoral among different segments of society, in particular indigenous populations. Administrative and financial management, with a focus on management assistance and accounting. Mastery of the joint financial management of self-financing projects and the creation of capital through the marketing of agricultural products for direct consumption and those resulting from processing. Mastery of agricultural accounting based on the Village Savings and Credit Associations (VSCA) and the Saving For Transformation (S4T) project model. Mastery of warehouse management, planning, delivery verification and order tracking. Mastery of marketing development of consumer product sales psychology, coordination of prospect research. My ability to learn by doing (acquired through the "Learning by doing" method under pressure and in the field of emergencies) has enabled me to gain the trust of several organisations working in the humanitarian field of capacity building, financial development and care of populations affected by internal crises and armed conflicts. As a young leader and motivated by the desire to specialise, I am doing a Master's degree in Gender, Institutions and Societies in order to enrich my previous publications and to adhere to the Sustainable Development Goals 4, 5 and 10. My current work is also aligned behind the SDGs divided into these 5 main themes People, Prosperity, Planet, Peace and Partnerships; which form the basis of its actions. In my professional activities I am bilingual (French and English).
